We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their appointments.
Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your service fee on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but fully redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice Period:
We require notice of cancellation or rescheduling of at least
48 hours notice
before your scheduled appointment.
Here is how our deposit policy works in relation to cancellations:
With 48 hours or more notice:
If you cancel with more than
48 hours notice
, the deposit will be refunded.
With less than 48 hours notice:
Cancellations made with less than
48 hours
of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation Fee:
The deposit serves as a cancellation fee to cover the time reserved and to offset the inability to book another client during this period. It is set in compliance with Australian Consumer Law as a fair and reasonable measure.
Rescheduling:
With 48 hours or more notice:
You may reschedule your appointment once, with more than
48 hours notice
, without incurring additional charges. The deposit will transfer to the new appointment time.
With less than 48 hours notice:
Rescheduling with less than
48 hours
of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new time.
Late Arrivals:
Please be aware that arriving more than
15 minutes
late may lead to a cancellation of your appointment, and the forfeiture of your deposit.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. In such genuine cases, we will consider waiving the cancellation fee. Please communicate any such issues directly with us as soon as possible.
Refund Policy:
Deposits for appointments cancelled with sufficient notice are refundable or transferable to a future appointment.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than
48 hours
of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy:
Failing to show for an appointment without notification will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings, and an additional no-show fee may be applied.
Where you have failed to show up for more than one appointment, in addition to retaining the 50% charge for those treatments, for any future bookings, we will require you to pay for the service in full at the time of booking.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the cancellation policy is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss that would be suffered by the salon due to a cancellation. This acknowledgment forms part of your agreement to the terms and conditions of our service. You accept that these terms are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the salon.
